Double chin is usually a result of being overweight, having a bad posture, or pure and simple genetics. There are a few ways, though, to minimize, if not completely get rid of double chin . First and foremost, eat healthy. A balanced diet consisting of whole grains, cereal, fresh fruit and vegetables are a must. For snacks, you may substitute junk food with tasty salads and veggie sticks with low-calorie dressing. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Complete body workouts like running or swimming or jogging may also help you lose weight all over including your chin, and this will help give your face more defined features. Of course, facial exercises are also imperative. Chewing sugar-free gum can exercise your jaw and facial muscle, and this may help tone your chin. Since your jaw muscles, which are also responsible for giving you that chiseled look, are the same ones that you use for chewing and making facial expressions, doing those regularly will definitely help make your jaw line tighter and help you get rid double chin. Whether you are sitting down or walking, try to get a good posture by walking while your head up high. This will reduce the look of a double chin in your face. issues
